Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Organizing workstations and ingredients.
• Measuring and preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Executing basic cooking tasks and preparing dishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Following health and safety guidelines diligently.
• Collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A Minimum 2 year of professional cooking experience in a Fine Dining environment is required; Five Star/Michelin is a Plus.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Culinary degree is preferred.
• Own required "uniforms": black and white chef coat, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, skull cap and and any additional accessories required for the role such as a knife kit.
• A smartphone and email for seamless communication.
• Reliable transportation to get you to our exciting job sites.
